Session cookies are stored temporarily and are deleted after the browser is closed. Persistent cookies persist after the session ends. Some cookies set on the website of the BITWISE EXCHANGE service are also placed by information, advertising, analytical partners (hereinafter referred to as "Partners"), which may combine cookies collected through the service with other information provided by you or collected from other websites. What are cookies? A cookie is a tiny file that contains text information and is stored by the web browser when the User visits websites. This allows the BITWISE EXCHANGE service , in an open browser, to store and determine the Internet activity and individual preferences of the User. Some cookies set on the website of the Service, in particular those combined with unique identifiers and other information received by the Service, may be used to identify the User ("Cookie Identifiers"). The BITWISE EXCHANGE Service does not use Cookie Identifiers to identify the User, however, since Cookie Identifiers can theoretically lead to his identification, the BITWISE EXCHANGE Service treats such data as information that allows to identify the User. The user is not required to grant the service permission to process cookies. The user consents to the processing of cookies and takes into account this Cookie Policy in the following cases: * In the case of Cookie Identifiers, by clicking on the "I agree" button on the cookie pop-up window; * In the case of other cookies (i.e. those that cannot identify you) - just when using the service. Partners may also use the cookies collected through the Service for purposes other than those for which BITWISE EXCHANGE requires cookies, in particular to: * User preference settings when using other sites; * Displaying the most relevant advertising for the User; * Estimates of the activity of advertising campaigns for the types of activities that use the services of Partners; * Tracking the actions of the User on the sites. BITWISE EXCHANGE does not use automated decision making when processing User Cookie Identifiers. Cookie processing time BITWISE EXCHANGE shall store the User's Cookie Identifiers no longer than required by the purposes of processing, i.e. until the User refuses to be processed by the service in accordance with the section "Consent to the use of cookies". Distribution of Cookie Identifiers The user agrees that BITWISE EXCHANGE may distribute his Cookie Identifiers if required by the processing purposes mentioned in the "Use of Cookies" section: * with companies that are in the same enterprise group as BITWISE EXCHANGE and, or with companies that have a similar ownership structure or are under common management with BITWISE EXCHANGE ; * with partners. Partners may set their own cookies on the Service Site and may therefore collect Cookie Identifiers on their own. Transfer of cookies to third countries The User agrees that the categories of persons who can receive his Cookie Identifiers according to the Distribution of Cookie Identifiers section may be outside his country and the European Economic Area. As a result, his Cookie Identifiers may be transferred from his country and the European Economic Area to countries where data protection and privacy regulations may differ from his country and provide a lower level of protection. User rights regarding cookies The user of the service [https://bitwisex.io/ ](https://bitwisex.io/)(BITWISE EXCHANGE) has the right to: * Receive information from BITWISE EXCHANGE regarding the processing of Cookie Identifiers by BITWISE EXCHANGE ; * Receive from BITWISE EXCHANGE , without undue delay, the correction of inaccurate Cookie Identifiers that are of concern to you; * To delete Cookie Identifiers (“the right to be forgotten”); * Restrict the processing of Cookie Identifiers where permitted by applicable law; * Cookie Identifiers from BITWISE EXCHANGE in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and transfer this data to another controller without any obstruction from the service; * File a complaint against BITWISE EXCHANGE with the data protection supervisory authority. Cookie Policy Updates BITWISE EXCHANGE may update the Cookie Policy from time to time. If the service changes this Cookie Policy, which expands its rights to collect, process, use and store the User's Cookie Identifiers, such changes should be applied to the User only after he gives his consent to these changes. All other changes must be applied to the User after the publication of the new Cookie Policy on the website of the service
